Membership Rules and Regulations (그랜드
스파 멤버쉽 규정) |

1. 개인회원 ; 만 18세 이상
Individual Member ; 18 years and over.
2. 가입승인을 받은후 가입비용전액을 일시불로 지불하여야한다
After the registration approval, the applicant should pay the total amount of
registration fee at once.
3. 회원카드는 어떠한 경우에도 타인에게 대여되거나 양도할수 없다.
Membership card cannot be used by other people no transferred to others.
4. 회원의 사망 또는 탈퇴시 회원의 자격이 소멸된다.
In case of members` deaths or withdrawals, membership will be terminated.
5. 멤버쉽 규정을 위반하고 질서를 문란케 하였을때 회원자격이 소멸 된다.
In case of violating the policy and rules, or disturbing the order, membership
will be terminated.
6. 회원의 자격상실 또는 탈퇴시, 회원비는 환불되지않는다.
In case of forfeiture or withdrawal from the membership, membership fee is non-refundable.
7. 필요에따라 회비 및 기타비용을 적정한 범위내에서 조정할수있다.
According to the needs, the membership fee and other costs may change within
appropriate ranges.
8. 회원의 시설이용시간은 오전6시 부터 오후11시이다. 단 운영방침에 따라 이용시간을 조절할수있다.
All the members can use the facilities between 6AM. To 11PM. However, According
to the discretion of the management the hours of facilities use may be controlled.
9. 회원은 상호간의 권익을 존중해서 소음을 야기하거나 난폭한 행동을 삼가한다. 이에 비협조적인 회원에대해서는 즉시 퇴장해 줄것을 요청할수있다.
All the members should refrain from shouting and any kind of violence. Members
who are uncooperative will be asked to leave immediately.
10. 운동실에서는 항상 지정된 운동복과 운동화를 착용해야한다.
Appropriate exercise clothing and shoes must be worn at all times in the exercise
room.
11. 본 스파는 의도적 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 사고를 제외하고 회원의 시설물 사용으로인한 피해 또는 신체상의 부상, 사망, 질병에 대한
책임 및 멤버 본인의 귀책사유로 발생한 사고나 부등에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않는다.
Except accidents due to intentional and/or serious mistakes, the Grand Spa is
not responsible for any loss of property, loss or physical injuries, deaths,
diseases that occurred by using and/or in using the facilities. Also no responsibilities
for any accidents or injuries caused by the member.
12. 회원 자신의 부주의나 과실로 인하여 발생된 소지품의 분실에 대해서는 배상책임을 지지않는다.
The Grand Spa is not responsible for any loss caused by the members` carelessness
or mistakes.
13. 회원의 시설 이용중 과거의 부상 또는 병력(본인에게 인지되거나 인지되지않은경우도 포함)으로 인해 유발될 사망, 부상, 질병 또는 정신적
피해의 책임을 지지않는다.
The Grand Spa is not responsible for any deaths, injuries, diseases, or mental
damages caused by any Previous injuries or history of diseases (including all
the diseases whether previously recognized by the member or not) while using
the facilities.
14. 회원의 고의,과실 등 귀책사유로 시설물을 파괴, 분실 또는 훼손했을 경우에는 회원이 전액 변상한다.
In case fob loss or damage by mistake or on purpose of the member, they should
be responsible for the total amount of damage.
15. 옷장열쇠를 분실했거나 외부로 반출했을 경우에는 도난방지를위해 새로운 자물쇠로 대치하고 이때 발생되는 비용은 당시규정에의해 회원이 부담한다.
In case of losing or taking the locker key outside, the lost key will be replaced
with a new lock to prevent theft. In this case, all the costs will be charged
to the member who caused the problem according to the policy.
16. 외부로부터 음식물이나 음료의 반입은 일체 허용되지않는다.
No permitted to bring any kind of food or beverage into the facilities.
17. 회원카드의 분실, 도난 혹은 훼손등으로 재발급을 받고자 하는 경우 $20의 비용을 지불하여야 한다.
In case of reissuing of membership ID card due to the loss, stolen or damaged,
the member is liable to pay $20.00.
18. 스파 회원은 하루 한번 입장만 허용합니다.
Members are allowed to use our facilies once a day only. |
